Marlene joined the CTC staff in 1999. Since 2005 she has been the manager of the cafeteria. Marlene, along with her staff, work diligently at preparing and serving meals for the students. Her goal is to make sure the lunches are of great quality and satisfaction. Marlene is ServSafe certified and a member of the CTC safety committee
