School Nurse

   Peggy was born and raised in Scranton Pa. She received her nursing degree at College Misericordia and her School Nurse Certificate at Slippery Rock University. Peggy worked as a surgical nurse for many years, in which she not only assisted in the operating room, but also did wound care, patient care, and patient education. After working as a surgical nurse, Peggy worked as a nurse for Hospice. Working in schools and being an advocate for students has long been Peggy’s goal. She enjoys educating young people on healthy ways to live as well as how to care for themselves. Peggy hopes to bring a positive and comforting feeling to CTC and is excited to see what this year brings.
