Mr. James C. McHale
Chief Financial Officer
James. C. McHale, Jr. was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the CTC of Lackawanna County in May 2012. Mr. McHale comes with various experience having previously served as an Accounting Manager for Mercy Health Partners, Scranton, Pa for fifteen years and in the local banking industry for several years.
Mr. McHale is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a B.S. in Accounting and a graduate of Dunmore High School. Mr. McHale has volunteered in the Dunmore community, having served as a coach and President of the Dunmore Little League, Dunmore Biddy Basketball, and various other organizations. He has served on the Dunmore Board of Education for the past 14 years. Jim resides in Dunmore with his wife Karen, a Communications/English teacher at Scranton High School, and their sons Jimmy and William, both students in the Dunmore School District.
