Ms. Stephanie Branning
Supervisor of Special Education
Stephanie joins CTCLC as the Supervisor of Special Education. Mrs. Branning brings over 14 years of public education experience, previously serving as Assistant Supervisor of Special Education at NEIU19, Support Services Facilitator at Monroe Career and Technical Institute, and Special Education Teacher at Pocono Mountain, Allentown, and Bangor Area School Districts.
Mrs. Branning earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from East Stroudsburg University and a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Moravian College. Stephanie also holds both Special Education Supervisory and Principal certifications. She will soon hold a Career and Technical Director's certification. She is an alumni of Forest City Regional School District.
