Mrs. Colleen Stepanovich M.S.Ed.

Continuing Education Coordinator

Colleen started at the Career Technology Center in January of 2001 as a technical writer. She worked closely with the faculty and curriculum consultant to develop, document, and maintain curriculum while meeting all state requirements. In 2008, Colleen had the added duties of writing and administering the Carl D. Perkins grant, maintaining the state data for program approvals, co-administering the Continuing Education Department and her title was changed to Administrative Coordinating Assistant. In April of 2014, Colleen’s title was changed to Continuing Education Coordinator keeping all her current duties. Grant writing duties now include Perkins, Competitive Equipment, Supplemental Equipment, PCCD, Business Education Partnership and any other applicable grants through PDE and/or the Workforce Development Board. 

 

Prior to her work at the Career Technology Center, Colleen was a cosmetologist (a proud CTCLC graduate), a mathematics teacher, a technical trainer, a web developer for an executive recruiter, and a product developer for a major distance learning company. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Marywood University, a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton and a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership and Workforce Development from Temple University.
