Mrs. Breanna Tyriw

School Nurse

Breanna brings nearly five years of nursing experience, combining strong clinical skills with dedicated patient advocacy. A Lackawanna Trail High School graduate, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with minors in psychology and biology from King’s College before completing her Master of Science in Nursing at La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA.

After starting her career on hospital medical-surgical floors, Breanna transitioned into RN Case Management within home health care. The deep relationships she built with pediatric patients and their families inspired her passion for school nursing, where she aims to support students' health, well-being, and academic success
