Health Occupations Instructor

Mrs. Savo is the Health Occupations II Instructor at CTCLC, where she trains students to become healthcare professionals within outpatient settings. 

Mrs. Savo received her Bachelor of Nursing in 2007. She has been a registered nurse for over a decade working in a variety of healthcare settings that include, rehabilitation, school, and mental health nursing. 

Mrs. Savo teaches to serve as an educator and mentor. She hopes to cultivate responsibility, accountability, critical, creative, and bold thinking in her students. She strives to engage students in active learning through real-world applications. In healthcare, learning never stops. Mrs. Savo is proud to be continuously learning. She strives to role model the importance of education to her students.
